• Counselling for Filarial lymphoedema Patients
• Training of the patients and their care-givers in Limb Hygiene and Home-care
• Training of the patients & their care-givers in Manual massage of lymphoedema leg

• Treatment for (1) ADLA (2) Secondary skin Changes (3) Inter-trigo
• Long-Term management for filarial lymphoedema that includes
• Manual massage, 4 Chamber / 8 Chamber decompression therapy,
• Antibiotic prophylaxis for recurrent ADLA episodes
• Physiotherapy advice for lymphoedema and Co-morbidity such as Osteo-arthritis
• Dietary advice for over-weight and obesity
• Yoga – Selected asanas for motivated patients
• Referral For surgery
